Property DetailsThe property is on two floors. Downstairs is an entrance hall, which leads to the first bedroom.
Next on this floor we have the main luxurious bathroom and shower area. This area is fully tiled and has been wonderfully designed with luxurious fittings for your comfort. After a hard day on the beach you can either have a long soak in the bath or have a shower, the choice is yours. All bathroom towels are provided and also a hairdryer is also provided for your convenience. Finally on this floor we have the Master Bedroom. This is a beautifully appointed room again with a fully mirrored built in wardrobes and separate chest of drawers. There is a generous amount of hanging and drawer space for your comfort. This bedroom has a large and very comfortable double bed. This room has been tastefully designed with matching bedcovers, curtains and decor in sunny tones of orange and lemon. This room has full sized patio doors that look out to the balcony and the beautiful landscaped gardens. Beyond the garden area a path leads off towards the huge swimming pool. The pool is shared by the seven other properties in this small and friendly set of houses. A great place to relax, sunbathe and make new friends.
A marble staircase leads up from the entrance hall to the next floor. On this floor you have the main luxurious large and bright living area. The living room has been very tastefully designed in sunny Mediterranean colours. A large and comfortable 3 seater settee, which also doubles up as a very comfortable double bed (if required) and another sofa are provided for your comfort. A large coffee table and sideboard with large mirror centrepiece has been designed to add to your comfort. Large patio windows offer beautiful views to the sea and the resort of Praia Da Lux. Open the patio doors to your own private balcony, perfect for eating and relaxing any time of the day as it south facing and always sunny.
Staying on this floor we have another toilet for your comfort. A small hallway leads to the fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a fitted gas hob and a built in electric oven and fitted extractor hood. Gas is supplied from the mains supply, so there is no need to worry about empty gas bottles etc as in some other resorts. Other appliances for your comfort include a washing machine and full size fridge and freezer. Electric kettle, toaster, water filter, iron and ironing board. Six place settings of cutlery and crockery are provided together with pots and pans and everything you would need to cook up a meal or snack. Full size double patio doors lead from this room to another balcony, perfect to hang out any washing you have to dry.
Off the road car parking in a private parking bay towards the front of the house is also provided for your comfort and convenience. The whole complex has landscaped gardens and lawns.

This bedroom has very two very
comfortable single beds, with built in mirrored wardrobes. 0The wardrobes provide
generous hanging space and drawers for your comfort. This room has been
beautifully designed in blue with matching designer curtains, bedcovers and
decor. A real pleasure to be in, and very cool in the summer as the floor is
fully tiled as is the rest of the house.
