| We have tried to provide you with some directions from Faro Airport to your Holiday Accommodation. More detailed instructions will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your departure.
From Faro to Praia Da Lux.The Airport in Faro is relatively small and compact so you should not get lost. Your Hire car will probably be in the private parking areas, if you are using one of the "big" hire companies like "Budget" or "EuropCar". If you are using one of the local companies then your car is likely to be in Car Park 4 which is just outside the Arrivals and Destination halls. Once you have got your car and got all your belongings stowed away safely it will be time to head off out of the airport. Follow the EXIT signs. Bear Right. You will come on to a main road, that will lead you in to the motorway system of the Algarve. We now have a motorway, as of May 2003, the A22 that runs all the way down to Lagos. As you are driving out of the airport road you will see a sign that says "A22 Portimao" follow this. Very soon you come to a sign that says PORTIMAO, turn right here. This takes you off the motorway on to the old N125 for a short distance till you rejoin the A22 for PORTIMAO and Lagos. Keep going down this A22 motorway it will take you all the way to Portimao and then you will exit it at Junction 2 Odiaxere este Lagos. This junction takes you off the A22 to a roundabout on the old N125 road just outside Odiaxere. Folow the exit road look for signs pointing towards Lagos. You will come to a roundabount, turn right on to the N125 heading towards Lagos
Now on your left you will pass the Quinta Da BoaVista Golfing development. Carry on and you will come to a set of traffic lights which is the first turn off towards Praia Da Lux. Do not take this left turn, but carry on. You will pass another set of lights before coming towards another sign by traffic lights that says Praia Da Lux. This is the left turn that you want to take. You are now in the Resort of Praia Da Lux. Detailed instructions about how to get to your accommodation from here will be sent to you about 2 weeks prior to your departure.

When you get to LAGOS just follow the signs for SAGRES and Vila Do Bispo. You will soon be out
of Lagos and heading towards Sagres. Again you are on the N125 road.
