| | Booking Terms and Conditions for Property "Casa DE MAR" in
Praia Da Luz, Monte Lemos, Lagos. This property is privately owned. The Owner of "Casa
DE MAR" is referred
to in this document as "CDM" Casa DE MAR or "we". The person or persons
renting this property are herein referred to as the "Clients" or
"you".
Payment Policy
 | A minimum of 25% deposit is payable when booking. |
 | The deposit is non-refundable. |
 | The remaining rental must be paid in full 8 weeks before your holiday. |
 | No reminders will be sent. |
 | If your booking is within 8 weeks of your holiday, the full amount is
payable. |
Confirmation
Upon receipt of your booking form and appropriate payment, a
confirmation will be sent to you.
Final confirmation of your booking will be upon receipt of the complete
rental amount for the property. At this time a full Information pack giving details of
your accommodation and contact numbers will be sent to you.
Arrival and Departure Policy
The property is rented out between Saturday and Saturday. Your accommodation
will be available from 15.00 hours. The property must be vacated by 10.00
hours.
Services Provided
 | The rental cost includes the use gas, electricity, water, and local taxes. |
 | Use of shared swimming pool. |
 | The house is fully equipped for 4 people. |
 | Bed Linen and Towels are provided. |
 | Use of Sun Beds and Patio table and chairs. |
 | Local representative. |
Cleaning
 | The house will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Maid service is
provided once a week. Visitors are requested to leave the house in a tidy
condition upon departure. |
Cancellation Policy
 | "CDM" cannot operate a cancellation system, "CDM"
strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to protect yourself
and your party to cover this eventuality. |
Swimming Pool and Gardens
 | "CDM" cannot accept any claim whatsoever for injury or
personal damages due to the clients use of the swimming pool and gardens of
this property. The client and all members of the party use these facilities entirely at the own
risk. |
Parking
 | The property includes a car parking bay for the convenience of the client.
Use of this parking area is made entirely at the risk of the client. "CDM"
do not accept any responsibility for any vehicles that are the property or
being rented by the client. |
Owners Liability
 | "CDM" only accept liability for the services sold. No liability
can be accepted for any other services. The limit of liability is the sum of
the accommodation costs only less 25% deposit. "CDM" cannot accept
liability due to circumstances beyond its control amounting to force majeure.
This includes war or threat of war, industrial action, civil strife,
terrorist activities, riot, adverse weather conditions, failure of
electricity, gas or water supplies, fire, flood, natural or nuclear
disasters, sickness or quarantine etc. |
 | It is part of the condition of booking that the client must take out
insurance to cover the client and every member of the party making the
booking to this property. |
Breakages
 | Report any damage or breakages to the local representative or "CDM".
Replace anything broken with the nearest equivalent available. Damage to the
furniture, fittings or house equipment will be charged at total cost to the Client. |
